Delivery Manager
Your responsibilities will include: Lead the delivery of physical security projects from planning through commissioning and handover. Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall project execution. Control project budgets and monitor project financial performance. Coordinate activities between construction teams, engineering, procurement, security, IT, operations, and external vendors. Ensure timely procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of physical security systems. Identify and resolve project issues, manage risks, and drive mitigation plans. Create clear visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and overall progress through regular reporting. Provide regular project status updates to the PMO and Regional Manager for Physical Security. Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, operational, and security standards. Continuously improve delivery processes and project documentation. We expect you to have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure, construction, or technology projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar. Working knowledge of spoken and written English It will be an added bonus if you have: Experience in data center construction , particularly in the deployment of physical security systems , will be strongly preferred Familiarity with Access control, CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, and visitor management systems Experience in Security system integration and structured cabling. Experience in Coordination with construction, MEP, and commissioning teams. Experience with Hyperscale or colocation data center projects.
