About the Role As a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock availability through replenishment planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management. You will analyse sales data, manage replenishment activities, and support supply chain optimization efforts. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, internal departments, and customers to maintain efficient and reliable inventory flows. Key Responsibilities Get training and onboarding in order to fulfil the following tasks: ✔ Replenishment planning – ensuring products are available at the right time and in the right quantities ✔ Develop, manage, and maintain inventory control and forecasting models ✔ Monitor stock levels while balancing service levels and capital efficiency ✔ Analyse supply chain performance, track KPIs, and propose improvement initiatives ✔ Conduct overstock reviews and campaign planning ✔ Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and supply chain performance updates to management ✔ Participate in development and improvement projects ✔ Collaborate with various teams including logistics, IT, retail, quality assurance, and key account management ✔ Maintain supplier relationships and ensure smooth coordination of supply chain processes Oriola is a health and wellbeing company operating in the Nordic countries.
