Design Engineer | Range Area Seating - Comfort Platform

We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge in textile development, along with a strong understanding of production and materials. You have likely worked within a business area or closely with suppliers in purchasing or sourcing. You have a genuine interest in textiles and upholstered furniture and understand what creates value for customers.  We would welcome the following qualifications:  Experience in product development involving textiles for products such as mattresses or upholstered furniture  A university degree in textile engineering or equivalent competence  Strong knowledge of production and materials, including both knitted and woven textiles  Strong knowledge of textile requirements development  A commitment to problem-solving and an ability to explore new perspectives  Basic knowledge of ARANE  Experience working with PLUS documentation  Basic knowledge of pattern making  Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software  You are curious and have the courage to explore new solutions and navigate the unknown. You are motivated to find and create the best technical solutions for our customers, balancing quality and price while considering design and sustainability objectives.
