Design Engineer

Your role as Design Engineer This role is for a design-minded engineer who cares deeply about product quality and believes great user experiences are built through thoughtful implementation - not just great designs. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy shipping polished interfaces, and are comfortable making improvements directly in code, this is an opportunity to have a visible impact across our product. As Design Engineer, you'll own UI/UX quality across Saga's system. Working closely with Product Design and Engineering, you'll identify usability issues, improve visual consistency, and implement high-quality frontend improvements directly through clean pull requests. You'll bridge design and engineering, ensuring design intent is preserved in production while keeping our user guide accurate and up to date. Success in this role comes from shipping polished experiences, maintaining high engineering standards, and raising the overall quality of the product without slowing development down.
