Design Manager - Retail Tech

We are looking for people with…  Extensive experience in digital product or UX design, including significant experience leading design teams and directly managing people.  Proven responsibility for team allocation, capacity planning, design delivery and quality across products, services or digital platforms.  Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create clarity and alignment across product, technology, design and business stakeholders.  Experience coaching designers and building inclusive, high-performing teams.  Strong knowledge of human-centred, interaction and product design, including service design and journey management methodologies.  Experience working with design systems at scale and advanced Figma skills.
