Here, you'll continue to grow your career while we collaborate to create new separator systems for Food & Pharma and Marine applications. About the job You'll be part of a diverse team of 17 enthusiastic, engaged, and professional colleagues. You'll develop new separator systems for Food & Pharma, Marine and Life science applications. You'll be involved in the entire design process: from concept development and specification to detailed engineering, manufacturing documentation, testing, and product care. Your responsibilities: Design and engineer High speed separators with creativity and precision. Prepare technical specifications and project documentation with attention to detail. Contribute to technical calculations and verifications to ensure quality and safety. Enhance existing solutions and develop new ones to drive innovation. Collaborate on design changes and supporting purchasing and supply chain activities. Assist with concept studies and participating in lab activities. Maintain and care for the existing product portfolio. Develop and maintain manufacturing drawings, technical documentation, and product specifications in the PDM system. Maintain a customer's focus by continuously seeking new technical solutions, building knowledge, and developing methods and design guidelines. This includes customer visits for development projects and maintenance activities, such as claim investigations and customer adaptations. Ensure the quality of individual deliveries by staying up to date on relevant processes and instructions, adhering to project plans and schedules, performing self-checks, and initiating peer reviews. Actively participate in continuous improvement of guidelines and ways of working. Your skills You are inquisitive, imaginative, and bring fresh energy and ideas to the team. Relevant education and 2-4 years of experience as a mechanical designer in product development Strong technical interest and understanding of the link between product development and customer needs Experience with CAD and PDM systems (preferably Creo and Windchill) Experience with flow or cooling simulations and FEM is a plus, but not required Knowledge of flow dynamics, castings, bearings, motors, drives, and challenges related to flow, heat and hydraulic is an advantage Good command of both English and Swedish, spoken and written What's in it for you?
