Development Engineer - Packaging Material Development

For our client Tetra Pak we are looking for a Development Engineer. The consultant will work with packaging material development. Main Responsibilities: · Member of scrum team, translating requirements into sub-system requirements and technical specifications for area of competence · Support the translation of requirements into packaging material design · Define V&V strategy related to packaging material area for technology and product development projects · Write test specifications, analyze and document results in development reports · Coordinate & execute all packaging material activities according to existing procedures, standards and methods · Collaborate with suppliers, specialists, laboratories, and converting factories · Drive root cause investigations on packaging material performance and functionality · Drive risk assessment for packaging material Required skills: · You have analytical skills and you are able to manage complexity and ambiguity · You have a natural drive for problem solving, able to coordinate, and deliver desirable results · You have an academic degree, preferable Master of Science in Materials or similar. · You are fluent in English · You have good communication and presentation skills · You have strong collaboration skills Preferred skills: · Experience in the product development process in the packaging area · Experience in technical test methodologies in the area of packaging. · Knowledge of Packaging Material, Food Package Interaction and Statistics · Well acquainted and self-sufficient in Physical Testing · Knowledge in Requirement Management procedure. · Knowledge working in a Scrum team Startdate: Soon as possible End date: 2027-09-30 Workload: 100% Remote work: Lund, Sweden.
