Join our Developer Experience initiative as part of the team owning, managing, and optimizing tools and practices supporting Software Development Lifecycle across the organization. You'll build a developer experience platform, collaborating with technical leaders and engineering teams to drive productivity, standardize processes, and enhance engineering culture. Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation. Understanding of infrastructure-as-code and configuration management. Experience building developer-facing APIs and integrations. Exposure to public Cloud providers like AWS and/or Azure Communication skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and colleagues. Can build good cross-team relationships with DevEx champions and engineering leads. Documentation skills: capable of producing meaningful and easy to read documentation and guidelines for engineers. Problem-solving skills: Be able to identify and solve complex technical problems and anticipate and prevent potential issues before they arise. Proactive attitude to identifying and resolving the issues. Team player: orks collaboratively with other team members and other teams to achieve our goals. Cater for good collaboration within the team and ensure the team's work progresses efficiently and smoothly.
