What you will do Build and manage a global network of experts to create coding challenges. Own the product roadmap for HackerRank’s coding challenge platform and content ecosystem. Build and evolve tools that scale content delivery, improve quality, and support emerging technologies. Partner with customers to deeply understand their workflows and deliver tailored solutions that drive adoption and impact. Use data, automation, and AI to streamline content creation and review processes. Ensure every product and feature shipped upholds high standards of fairness, validity, and developer experience. Who you are A strategic yet hands-on product thinker, known for operational excellence and the ability to drive execution from concept to delivery. Strong technical foundation across any of the following domains: frontend, backend, cloud, AI/ML, and DevOps (e.g., React, Angular, Node, Spring Boot, AWS, Jenkins, GenAI). Bring 3+ years of software development experience in fast-paced environments and modern stacks. Adept at working closely with engineers, speaking their language, and translating complex technical problems into clear product direction. Comfortable using product and collaboration tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Slack, and analytics platforms. Even better if you have Experience contributing to open-source. Exposure to open-source communities and other developer ecosystems. Familiarity with AI-driven workflows for scaling products.
