Digital Engineering Data Lead - The initial task will be to define the current state -identify the most critical domains, entities and attributes across Digital Engineering to enable a robust Digital Thread. How is it structured, governed and how we secure quality. What are the main pain points. The aim is to ensures that engineering data is high quality, consistent, traceable and available across the product lifecycle. Plan for next steps including also taking the lead on the Data Product development domain and deliver a wanted state of the data product roadmap. Required skills - • Strong understanding of engineering data across the product lifecycle. • Solid knowledge in data management • Understanding of Digital Thread and Digital Engineering principles. • Ability to lead without formal authority in a complex matrix organization. • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to explain complex data concepts to both business and technical audiences. • Experience developing roadmaps, governance material, and executive-level presentations. Any supplier awarded an assignment with our client needs to, at least, perform checks on: • Identity verification • Right-to-work confirmation • Address verification (covering approximately the last 10 years) • Education verification (highest relevant degree or certification) • Financial fitness (e.g., history of bankruptcy or significant debts) • Corporate directorship review (where applicable) • Criminal record check in accordance with local legislation • Basic open-source / media review (including social media) Please note!
