About the role We are a small but focused design team reimagining the experience of greenhouse operations. You will: Design digital experiences that are simple, tactile, effortless and fast; Add some motion magic to new and existing digital experiences; Own design consistency across every digital touchpoint; Communicate ideas in a clear and aesthetically pleasing way; Maintain and evolve UI & motion parts of our design system. What we're looking for We are looking for an exceptional digital & motion designer with a strong work ethic to join our team. Apply if you: Are obsessive about design fundamentals - layout, typography, colors, flow of lines & shapes, focal points and know how to apply those across different design disciplines; Learn quickly, embrace unfamiliar problems, and iterate through failure—whether that means mastering new software, techniques, or disciplines; Have one or more of the following in your software stack: Figma, Illustrator, Cavalry, Rive, Affinity Suite, Davinci Resolve; Are a self-starter who can figure stuff out when needed instead of finding reasons why you can’t; Are a team player and do not take criticism personally. Bonus points if you have Experience building software products; Experience with Svelte, WebGPU, three.js; Experience designing physical things; Experience with Blender.
