Digital Product Owner

For our client, we are looking for a Digital Product Owner. You will work together with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers to lead the transition into a data driven culture, where Data, Analytics & AI/ML are an integral part of our services and internal processes. By having the responsibility all the way from raw data to actionable insights, we are at the forefront of creating value. The Role As a Product Owner for our Data Platform,you are a key player in maximizing business value and shaping the long-term vision of our data ecosystem. By taking responsibility for bridging business needs with platform capabilities, you will be engaged in diverse, end-to-end data initiatives where you can communicate requirements and possibilities clearly. You will gather and structure requests and help our stakeholders generate maximum value from the platform, while also keeping the long term strategic agenda together with the Data & Analytics Management Team. • Business Requirements & Roadmap: Participate in our project funnel gathering requirements regarding platform and infrastructure, and translating them into a synchronized delivery plan towards our stakeholders and internal resources • Strategic Outlook: Participate in forward-looking discussions with architects and stakeholders, gathering future requirements on the data platform and discussing with the Data Platform Lead on how to best create a technical foundation to support future needs • Supporting Data Platform Rollout: We are expanding our data platform to all users, and as a Product Owner you play a key role in the rollout as a sounding board and guide to onboarding in the platform, as well as gathering requirements from new users • Data Governance & Compliance: Be responsible for Data Privacy and Compliance in the platform in collaboration with our Data Protection Officers. Design scalable processes and act as a local expert on how to use our sensitive and critical data points in a compliant way. Your Profile We believe you are a creative and entrepreneurial problem-solver who excels at bridging the gap between technical complexity and business strategy. You like to structure findings and requirements and can communicate them in a clear and visual fashion for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are able to keep track of multiple parallel initiatives. You are experienced in a data environment and you enjoy working in a collaborative fashion to guide stakeholders into defining clear goals and sustainable best practices for data consumption. You also have experience of Data Compliance and Security to understand risks and possibilities with sensitive data. As an individual, we think you are communicative, structured, self-driven, and like to push boundaries together with your team. And as we strive to have fun at work, humor is highly appreciated. If any deviations or discrepancies occur, the supplier should inform Ework and the candidate should not be moving forward in the procurement process. Any supplier awarded an assignment with our client needs to, at least, perform checks on: • Identity verification • Right-to-work confirmation • Address verification (covering approximately the last 10 years) • Education verification (highest relevant degree or certification) • Financial fitness (e.g., history of bankruptcy or significant debts) • Corporate directorship review (where applicable) • Criminal record check in accordance with local legislation • Basic open-source / media review (including social media) Please note!
