Direct Transport Sales Representative

We are looking for a Direct Transport Sales Representative to grow our business by actively identifying, approaching and developing new customers, while also growing relationships with existing customers. **Your key responsibilities** - Proactively identify, contact and develop new potential customers - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closed business - Meet customers and prospects regularly to understand their transport and supply chain needs - Develop competitive logistics solutions together with our product teams - Grow volumes and revenue across both new and existing customers - Keep customer and opportunity information updated in Salesforce This is a customer-facing sales role where regular travel and customer visits are an important part of the job. You should enjoy being out in the market, meeting prospects and creating new business opportunities. **Who are we looking for?** You are commercially driven, proactive and comfortable taking the initiative with new customers. Experience within shipping, transport or logistics is preferred, together with a proven ability to develop and close new business. You communicate confidently in Swedish and English and are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.
