Director Finance

We Are Looking For: • 10–12+ years in Finance with a strong track record spanning Commercial Finance, FP&A, and business partnering. • Experience in CPG, retail, consumer tech, or fast-paced, brand-led industries. • Clear success leading high-performing, multi-market finance teams. • Deep knowledge of financial planning, pricing, customer P&Ls, A&P/overhead management, and consolidation. • Strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the detail. • Exceptional communication and influencing skills at Senior Leadership level. • Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools a plus. • Energy.
