Director of Collections

Key Responsibilities  Collections Strategic Leadership / Program Management  • Own the end-to-end software program portfolio from initiation through implementation and ongoing production service.  • Lead multiple concurrent software programs, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.  • Implement structure and processes to ensure consistency and quality of Functional and Technical solution designs in conjunction with the Enterprise Architect.  • Develop and execute the software delivery strategy aligned with organisational objectives.  • Ensure interdependencies across all collections projects are effectively managed.  • Oversee resource planning and capacity management for the Collections Portfolio working closely with the Head of Delivery Services  • Lead organisational transformation initiatives that improve Collections delivery capability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.  • Collaborate with the Collections Enterprise Architect to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making.    More about you  Required Knowledge and Skills  - Strong Credit Risk knowledge, especially Collection and Financial Services.  - Knowledge and experience of the Software Delivery Lifecycle.  - Experience working within an Agile environment  - Experienced with overseeing large programs of work with multiple concurrent projects  - Possess a Degree in Business Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or equivalent industry  - and technical qualifications or experience  - Great relationship building skills with proactive management of internal and external stakeholders Experian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world.
