Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience 8-10 years of progressive experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management. 5+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise data teams. Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred. Skills Fluent in English and Arabic. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
