Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of hardware/industrial supply chain experience, heavily weighted toward electronics procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract structural design. The Versatile Career Background: Ideally exhibits a proven blend of experience—having cut their teeth within highly disciplined, mature industrial organizations to learn world-class operational structure, combined with clear success inside agile, fast-moving scale-ups that move at pace. The "Hybrid" Skillset: A seasoned commercial leader who is entirely comfortable negotiating multi-million dollar capacity commitments, but possesses enough technical depth to lead automation and mechanical domains. NPI Proven Track Record: Deep, hands-on experience guiding complex electronic products through difficult New Product Introduction (NPI) phases under tight deadlines. Diplomatic Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to handle difficult, high-stakes supplier conversations with diplomacy, protecting the relationship while securing Yubico’s operational and financial interests.
