Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations (Large Customer Sales)

Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive experience across sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related functions; experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or a scaled technology platform is required. Experience managing multi-tiered teams, including people managers, and building organizations that operate effectively at global scale. Significant experience leading strategy and operations for a complex, multi-region sales organization, ideally with exposure to large enterprise or strategic customer segments. Deep understanding of digital advertising, media, platform monetization, and marketplace dynamics; experience with large customer sales, agency ecosystems, and/or global go-to-market models is required. Strong business judgment and analytical problem-solving skills. You can move from an ambiguous question to a clear framework, an executive recommendation, and disciplined follow-through. Demonstrated ability to build operating cadences, planning processes, forecasting systems, dashboards, and performance mechanisms that improve business outcomes. Proven ability to influence senior executives and align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other functions without relying on formal authority. Structured systems thinker who balances strategic vision with operational detail and can move fluidly between market opportunity, organizational design, data, and execution. Strong technical and analytical fluency, including experience with CRM, sales planning, business intelligence, and data systems; comfortable partnering with data, finance, and engineering teams to improve reporting and automation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling for executives, sales leaders, and frontline teams.
