Both combine meaningful work with structured development through three eight-month rotations. You’ll begin your journey in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark, and at least one rotation will take you abroad. Each program gives you the chance to learn from experts, gain hands-on experience, and see how Danfoss turns ambition into real-world impact. Finance Postgraduate Program The Finance Postgraduate Program is designed for those who want to understand how accounting processes and financial compliance drive business success in a global industrial company. You’ll gain hands-on experience in areas like Business Controlling, Sales Controlling, R&D Controlling, Segment/Division and Plant Controlling, all while learning how the finance organization supports Danfoss’ strategic priorities. Working closely with colleagues across supply chain and operations, you’ll identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
