Director, Taiwan Real Estate Construction

We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” What You Will Do Lead Coupang's real estate development and construction strategy across Taiwan, supporting the company's rapid business expansion. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including site selection, feasibility studies, design, permitting, construction, and facility launch. Manage relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, landlords, and government agencies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Workplace teams to align facility development with business needs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field. 10+ years of experience leading large-scale construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or engineering projects. Proven track record managing complex capital projects from planning through completion. Strong knowledge of project delivery, contractor management, budgeting, permitting, and stakeholder management. Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners. Preferred Qualifications Logistics and supply chain facilities / Retail and commercial developments. Industrial and manufacturing engineering projects / Manufacturing plant construction. Large-scale civil infrastructure projects / Hospital and healthcare facility construction. Distribution centers, fulfillment centers, industrial parks, and other large-scale operational facilities.
