Director, Technical Account Management

You will lead a team of Technical Account Managers who serve as trusted advisors to customers and technical escalation experts. The role combines people leadership with deep expertise in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and customer value realization. You will help customers optimize security workflows, operationalize threat intelligence, and integrate critical data into their programs. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support, you will turn customer needs into scalable solutions and internal improvements. You will also establish repeatable processes, playbooks, enablement programs, and metrics that strengthen customer outcomes and retention.
