Dish and glass wash, pot wash, and a clean back of house. High tempo during service, reset in between. Some shifts you're alone in the dish pit, some shifts you're two or three. Since you work across different kitchens, the exact setup changes — you get the details before each assignment. You need At least 1 year of experience from a professional kitchen To show up on time and hold a steady pace To handle a physical job — standing, lifting, heat, humidity Basic Swedish or English Basic hygiene awareness How it works Work at different places — sometimes several in one week, sometimes longer assignments You get job offers in good time and decide how much and when you work Days, evenings or specific weekdays — your call Paid travel to and from work on longer trips No nonsense.
