You will join Deloitte’s evolving HR Strategy & Technology practice within Deloitte Consulting (Technology & Transformation) as an analyst or consultant (level dependent on experience). You will be part of our strategy and operations community where we focus on the advisory side of HR transformation. We help clients reimagine their HR functions and operating models by combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. From leading complex end-to-end HR transformations to advising on the latest human capital trends and best practices, our consultants collaborate closely with senior HR professionals to align organizations with strategic goals, optimize HR processes, and gain a competitive edge.
