Drain Technician

Qualifications: Plumbing experience preferred, including entry-level or early-career candidates looking to grow in the industry. Basic knowledge of plumbing, drain, and sewer systems is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining technical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way. A positive, professional, and personable attitude. Ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with customers. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member. Good time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Responsibilities may include working at customer homes, climbing ladders, navigating uneven surfaces, and working in confined spaces. The role may require lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds and operating hand and power tools and company vehicles. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and dust may occur.
