E-Com Lead, Sales Market BE/NE/LUX (m/f/d)

We are looking for people with… A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least two years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably within fashion retail. Experience working with e-commerce platforms, content management systems or related digital tools. Knowledge of online merchandising, search optimization and digital customer experience. And people who are… Commercially minded, with an understanding of how product visibility and merchandising influence online performance. Comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making. Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across commercial and digital teams. Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused and curious about e-commerce, digital retail and changing customer behavior.
