About the Role You will take the business-responsible side of an e-commerce platform in a complex B2B environment. The role focuses on what the platform should support, which markets it serves, and how priorities are sequenced across ongoing development and operations. You will work closely with technical and delivery partners while also handling a meaningful share of day-to-day coordination and administrative support for the team. This is a broad role where you get to connect commercial needs, platform capabilities, and operational execution across multiple markets. You will help keep launches moving, ensure the backlog reflects real business priorities, and make sure changes in the platform are configured and followed through. Job Description You will support and gradually take ownership of end-to-end market roll-outs, including back-office configuration, customer and user setup, pricing, legal and compliance content, testing, and go-live activities. You will manage and prioritise a large multi-market backlog, keeping items current, categorised, and properly closed. You will perform initial defect triage, route issues to the right system owner, and translate business needs into technical context. You will handle day-to-day business configuration in the platform back office, such as customers, users, unit codes, assortments, discounts, and customer settings. You will coordinate and lead refinement sessions, stand-ups, go-live reviews, and readiness checkpoints. You will prepare platform performance reporting for business reviews and turn data into clear recommendations. You will align campaign and commercial requests with realistic platform capabilities. You will follow up on budgets, review actuals against forecast, highlight variances, and support corrective actions when needed. Requirements Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish. Solid understanding of B2B e-commerce operations, including order flows, pricing, quotes, user management, invoicing, and platform configuration. Experience coordinating market roll-outs across several countries, including setup, testing, communications, compliance needs, and go-live documentation. Working knowledge of ERP systems and integrations, with the ability to understand how pricing, warehouse routing, and orders move between systems. Experience managing and prioritising a large backlog across multiple markets, including defects, user stories, and strategic features. Ability to assess and triage integration or platform defects and drive issues to the right owner. Confidence working with both technical stakeholders and senior business stakeholders, and leading structured meetings independently. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, and reporting based on large datasets. Ability to interpret platform KPIs such as orders, revenue, and error rates, and present findings in a clear business context. Understanding of commercial coordination, including campaigns, promotion codes, and discounts. Nice to have Experience from industrial B2B, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Familiarity with indent and distribution-centre order models. Exposure to multi-language and multi-currency platform configuration. Understanding of e-commerce launch requirements such as terms and conditions, data protection, tariffs, and local invoicing rules. Familiarity with BI tools and CRM data quality.
