[EAF] Lead AI Engineer

Requirements: At least 4–6 years of experience . Proven professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems . Proven experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and MLOps practices . Experience in owning technical topics and mentoring junior team members is required . Ability to implement solutions from scratch and build products across the full product lifecycle based on the following requirements: Generative AI & LLM: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents/Frameworks, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DB Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Machine Learning, Neural Network Architectures, PyTorch, NLP, OpenCV / Image Processing, Model Based Development MLOps & Model Lifecycle: MLOps / ML Lifecycle Management, Model Validation & Evaluation, Data Annotation Basics Data & Software Engineering: Python, Data Modelling & Design, Code Review, Solution Design Professional & Communication Skills: Problem Solving, English Communication , Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field. Nice to Have Relevant certifications in Machine Learning or Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus. The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services.
