Key Responsibilities Define and execute an early-career strategy in Indonesia Build and manage university partnerships Design and run academy / bootcamp programs Own the end-to-end funnel (sourcing → selection → program → hiring) Partner with hiring managers to ensure job-ready talent quality Track KPIs, conversion rates, and program impact Requirements HR / Talent Acquisition professional with experience building or managing early-career programs Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration Data-driven (comfortable with funnel metrics & hiring targets) Hands-on, able to operate from strategy to execution Working at Tripledot Hybrid Working 20 days of remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, or use the time to cover mandatory office days to WFH, 20 days of the year.
