The Essentials Solid professional experience in large, systemised e-commerce operational environments, digital merchandising, or product management. You bring the maturity and insight of someone who has previously led a team or workstream before. Deep experience in global markets at mid-enterprise size (handling multiple currencies/regions) is highly preferred. Proven track record of driving measurable conversion growth through on-site optimisation. Strong technical literacy - HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, AI automation, and hands on experience utilising A/B testing tools. Why should you work with us?
