Electrical engineer

Assignment description We are looking for an experienced Electrical Harness & Hardware Design Engineer to support the development of electrical systems in a complex engineering environment. In this role, you will work with electrical system design, including both schematic design and 3D design, and contribute to the development and integration of electrical harnesses and related hardware. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Mechanical Design, Production, Purchasing and other technical stakeholders to ensure that electrical solutions are robust, manufacturable and aligned with overall product requirements. Qualifications You have a B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field. You have at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience. You have previous experience from a similar automotive engineering environment. You have experience working with CATIA V5. You have experience with Saber ESD. You have experience with OAS. Meriting Experience with Siemens Capital is considered an advantage. Knowledge of FRAS is meritorious. Personality and attitude will be an important part of the selection process. You are self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You collaborate well with others while also being able to work independently and manage several tasks and priorities in parallel. You are adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to support different areas when needed. You also demonstrate leadership potential and contribute with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
