About the Role You will work in an embedded software environment focused on powertrain electronic control units for electric vehicles. The role centers on developing low-level software and middleware that must perform reliably from early prototype stages all the way to production. You will be part of the full development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture to implementation, testing, debugging, and reviews. The work includes software for critical vehicle components, where stability, quality, and close interaction with hardware are central. Job DescriptionYou design and develop complex platform software, including low-level software and middleware, for electronic control units. You work across the full product development lifecycle, from prototyping and requirements definition to architectural design, detailed design, implementation, and estimation. You implement software based on AUTOSAR architecture for control units used in electric vehicle applications. You perform unit testing, integration testing, documentation, and participate in design and code reviews. You support integration of individual functions into the control unit through development, debugging, and troubleshooting. You contribute to the development of highly reliable and safety-critical vehicle components. RequirementsExperience in C or C++. Strong hands-on skills in Embedded C, including compiler and linker knowledge. Knowledge of software version control systems such as SVN and Git. Knowledge of issue, configuration, and test management solutions. Hands-on experience with on-chip debugging tools and troubleshooting in both software and hardware. Knowledge of OS coding techniques, communication protocols such as UART, CAN, SPI, and LIN, as well as hardware interfaces and subsystems. Experience developing low-level drivers for microcontroller peripherals such as DI, DO, ADC, DAC, Timer, PWM, DMA, and Watchdog. Experience working with Agile software development methods such as Scrum or Kanban. Fluent English.
