Responsibilities: •    Translate business and system requirements into technical architecture. •    Define the end-to-end architecture for IoT solutions, encompassing device hardware/firmware, connectivity layers, cloud services, data pipelines, and user interfaces. •    Define communication interfaces and integration strategies across subsystems. •    Architect IoT solutions for high performance, low latency, and efficient resource usage. •    Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements. •    Design and implement robust integration patterns between IoT devices and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT Core), including device provisioning, authentication, and data ingestion. •    Assess emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms) with a focus on improving embedded platform engineering and automation. •    Lead technical discussions and architecture / design reviews. •    Drive innovative initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs). •    Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and connectivity solutions. •    Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems. •    Mentor development teams on architecture, best practices, and technical direction. •    Support teams in debugging complex system-level issues and root cause analysis. Required Skills & Experience. •    Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end IoT architectures that span embedded devices, connectivity, and cloud layers. •    Hands-on experience with major cloud IoT platforms. •    Solid understanding of wireless connectivity technologies. •    Ability to analyze tradeoffs between performance, memory, power, and cost. •    Strong analytical thinking and system-level problem-solving capability. •    Good communication, technical mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills. •    Familiarity with automation frameworks and DevOps practices in embedded systems. •    Curiosity toward industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development Must Have: •    Extensive experience designing and deploying complex IoT solutions at scale, integrating embedded devices with cloud platforms. Good to Have: ISAQB Certification, Professional certifications in Cloud Arch.
