End User Services Lead, Operations and Automation
we are looking for an End User Services Lead to become the operational backbone of our End User Services team and turn day-to-day ticket firefighting into lasting, automated systems. You will lead End User Services – IT Technical Operations, and IT Asset Management & Workplace (led by Nick Kwadijk, who'll report into you) – as the human tier behind our AI agent layer, with 13 people counting on you and two senior regional operators helping you run the team day to day Move the team off repetitive manual work by documenting and automating it — the measure is repeatable systems, not individual heroics. Automate standard access and provisioning through Entra, SSO, and SCIM, and grow the RELEX Access Portal so common requests are self-serve. Cut manual ticket volume at the front line through automation, partnering with our AI agent layer and AI & Automation team. Support our Microsoft stack — Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management — and run service delivery through Jira and JSM. Own the End User Services entry in our service catalogue, with KPIs and SLAs you define and report on. What you’ll bring to the table Our five values are our playbook. Senior, hands-on IT engineering experience, with real depth in Microsoft identity (Entra), SSO, and SCIM provisioning, plus endpoint administration Comfortable configuring and running Jira Service Management for a service desk An automation mindset – n8n, scripting, Jira automation – not just ticket-driven workflows Comfortable leading across mixed technical scope, without needing to be a people-manager first Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving, dynamic environment: you build things that keep working without someone checking in on you Fluent in written and spoken English As a bonus, we consider experience working with an international team, plus great communication and organizational skills What we consider an advantage Experience partnering closely with an AI or automation team Background in a smaller or mid-sized company, where you had to create solutions rather than operate from someone else's playbook What we offer in return You'll be supported and given the space to thrive.
