Engineer – Vehicle Configuration & Chassis We are looking for an experienced Engineer for a long-term assignment within the automotive industry. The role focuses on customer-specific vehicle configurations, chassis layout and complete vehicle solutions. You will work independently with technical requests from requirement to final delivery, while collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams. Key responsibilities: Handle customer and market requests for specific vehicle configurations. Develop practical solutions within an existing modular vehicle architecture. Work with chassis composition, vehicle layout and complete vehicle systems. Manage technical requests, orders and deliveries independently. Coordinate requirements and solutions with relevant stakeholders. Work with engineering tools such as CATIA, OAS and ENOVIA. Contribute to technical problem-solving and customer-specific solutions. Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent. 3–5 years of relevant experience within a major automotive/OEM environment. Hands-on experience with CATIA, OAS and ENOVIA. Experience with chassis layout/composition or complete vehicle systems. Ability to independently manage technical requests and deliveries. Fluent in Swedish or English. Meriting: Knowledge of defence-related requirements. Military experience or similar relevant background. Citizenship in a NATO member country is preferred. Location: Södertälje / Stockholm – hybrid, minimum 3 days/week on-site Allocation: 100% Start: October 1, 2026 End: September 30, 2028
