Engineering Manager

We Are Looking For Experience leading and developing software engineers, with a track record of building collaborative, effective teams. Strong software engineering experience across the development lifecycle and the technical depth to coach engineers and contribute to technical discussions. Experience building and operating large-scale, highly available web applications with an active user base. Experience working in a multi-team engineering organization and collaborating effectively across Product and Engineering. Sound judgment around software delivery and development practices, including the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs while maintaining quality. Strong coaching and communication skills, including the ability to give constructive feedback that supports meaningful growth. A user-focused approach to engineering: you seek to understand customers’ needs and frustrations and use that understanding to guide product and technical decisions.
