Enterprise Account Director - Tax

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of closing experience in IT or software sales Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas Strong relationship-building and networking skills Experience selling into government or tax verticals preferred Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, Value Selling) Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays Mental health resources Paid parental leave & backup care Tuition reimbursement Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
