Environment Owner / Infrastructure Project Manager
🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Environment Owner / Infrastructure Project Manager 🔹 As an Environment Owner / Infrastructure Project Manager , you will have overall responsibility for a number of lower and higher environments used within the Core Banking Program. These environments support: Account migrations from current ledger systems to Bank's new ledger platform (N-core). The full set of Bank arrangements for consumer use of ADS (Agreement Directory Service). Improvements, fixes, and data clean-up activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and account data. Key Responsibilities Overall accountability and responsibility for lower (Dev, Test) and higher (PreProd) environments, and coordination support for the Production environment when required. Proactively engage in and drive problem resolution across these environments. Support preparations for Production Go Live events and provide support during their execution, including weekend activities Proactively identify and manage external dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting planned deliveries, and solve environment-related issues Define and provide environment requirements to the environment provider for procurement, configuration, and ongoing maintenance Plan, schedule, and govern environments, including: Trace the dependencies for environments, e.g. Failover Test, Functional Release, Infrastructure updates, patches, etc. Support during Infrastructure lifecycle - assistance in introducing new technologies and depreciation of old Support in defining the Trial Conversion schedule, scheduling refreshes/imports, lining up technical support, etc. Manage user accesses of these environments Resolve scheduling conflicts between different Agile Release Trains (ARTs) using the environments Collaborate and coordinate with other ARTs, internal teams, and external teams on environment-related topics, including: Engaging with Retail Technology Services and Operations Teams to ensure delivery of environment refreshes, code installations, database imports, and other activities according to schedule Monitoring and aligning the status of key Core Banking test environments (Integrated test environment, Performance environment) and considering their availability when planning test activities with teams such as Deposits and Non-Functional Test team Cooperating with Application Maintenance and other Production Support teams to resolve issues Driving Core legacy teams to complete required environment-related work Responsible for vendor management at a tactical level regarding environments This includes driving all vendors work to setup environments Driving and communicating with vendors on work to be done and lining up their support for testing, Final Dress Rehearsal and Go Live Events Ensure environment-related Jira tickets, enabler features, and external dependencies are logged, planned, and kept up to date Facilitate ART ceremonies and processes, and support the team in delivering value Must have skills: Proactive and systematic mindset with strong ownership attitude. Several years of experience managing IT projects or services within complex IT environments, with a focus on Infrastructure and/or Platforms. Fluent English communication skills. Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Understanding of technical aspects of IT environments and the ability to collaborate with managers and technical experts to resolve challenges and issues. Nice to have: Experience with or understanding of Agile methodologies and/or SAFe . Experience with Temenos Transact products.
