ERP Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Lund
Help us build our ERP foundation for the future Axis is starting a major ERP transformation, and we're looking for a senior ERP Architect to help set the technical direction from the very beginning. This is a role where you won't be maintaining someone else's landscape. You'll be shaping the one we'll run on for years to come. If you know Microsoft Dynamics 365 well, think in integration patterns and data flows, and want your design choices to matter at global scale, read on! Why now? Axis is growing fast, and our business is getting more complex. More markets, more products, more manufacturing and logistics to coordinate. Our current ERP landscape, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IFS at its core, needs to grow into something built for that scale. You'll join early in the transformation program, before the big decisions are locked in. That means you'll help define the target architecture and establish the processes and solutions that our internal teams and implementation partners will build on. Architects rarely get a page this blank, but this time it's real. Who is your future team? You'll join our ERP & PLM applications team, the group behind some of the most business-critical applications at Axis. We run the full application lifecycle, from daily support to long-term platform development, and we work with colleagues all over the world. As Architect, you'll work closely with IT- and Business Product Owners, Business Solution Owners, developers, application specialists, and external implementation partners. You'll be the technical voice that holds the whole picture together. What will you do here? You'll design the technical backbone of our ERP platform across supply chain, manufacturing, and operations, and then guide the organization as we build it. Your responsibilities include: Own the target architecture for our ERP system and surrounding applications, and make sure it fits both our business strategy and our operational reality Define the integration landscape, including how Dynamics 365 connects with surrounding systems, legacy applications, and cloud services Design the data architecture, including data governance and migration strategy Set the technical standards for design, performance, security, and scalability, and make sure they hold Translate business requirements into clear, buildable technical specifications, together with Product Owners and process leads Guide implementation partners through solution design and technical decisions Mentor technical teams and subject matter experts, and raise the architectural bar across the organization Improve the architecture continuously, throughout the program and beyond Who are we looking for? You're a senior technologist who feels at home where business needs meet technical solutions, and you're comfortable leading complex implementations in a global organization. You back up your position with evidence, you are willing to change your mind when someone brings a better argument, and you can explain a complex integration pattern to a business stakeholder without losing them. Your experience Five years or more as an ERP Architect, or in a similar senior technical leadership role in global enterprises A track record of architecting and implementing complex ERP solutions, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & SCM). Experience also with IFS is a plus Deep expertise in enterprise systems design, integration architecture, and data management Experience leading large-scale technical transformations in global, multi-site organizations A strong grasp of supply chain processes and what they demand from technology Your skills Expert knowledge of ERP system architecture, data architecture, and integration frameworks Hands-on experience with both cloud and on-premises application landscapes Cross-functional leadership. You guide technical teams and business stakeholders with equal ease The ability to turn unclear business needs into clear technical direction Communication that works in both directions: technical depth with engineers, clarity with business stakeholders What Axis has to offer: We are a world leader in network video, where cutting-edge technology meets global impact. Here, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of security and surveillance - developing solutions used worldwide. As a fast-growing company, we offer exciting career opportunities. You'll grow professionally through continuous learning, supported by a collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and work-life balance.
