EU Tender Coordinator
we are looking for someone who brings strong organisational skills, service orientation, and team spirit. Your qualifications: A relevant university degree and at least one year of experience in tender preparation; familiarity with EU public procurement is an asset. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to produce high-quality, well-structured documents. Excellent command of written and spoken English; strong command of French is an asset. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with professionalism, integrity, and strong team spirit. A service-minded, collaborative, and commercially aware approach, with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience with EU public procurement, EU-funded projects, business development, project coordination, or office support would be an advantage but is not required across all areas. We are interested in candidates who bring strong tender coordination capabilities together with complementary strengths that can contribute to our wider team.
