From theinitialconcept through execution and follow-up, you ensure every detail is inplaceand every participant receives a professional and seamless experience. Job responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate events,meetingsand customer visits from planning through delivery and evaluation. - Develop project plans, timelines,budgetsand communication activities. - Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful execution. - Manage invitations, registrations, attendeecommunicationand eventlogistics. - Arrange travel, accommodation, transportation,restaurantsand other visitor-related activities whenrequired. - Measure outcomes, collectfeedbackandidentifyopportunities to improve future events and processes. **Location and flexibility** The role is based in Sandviken, andyou work on-site. **Your profile** You bring experience from event coordination, project management, hospitality,communicationsor a related field. Working with multiple activities simultaneously comes naturally to you, and you enjoy creating structure while ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and stakeholders.Strong communicationskills in both Swedish and English are essential. Your background includes: - Experience planning and executing events, meetings, customervisitsor similar activities. - Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and suppliers. - Strong communicationskills in Swedish and English. - Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools. - Experience working with event platforms, project managementsystemsor digital event tools is an advantage.
