Executive Assistant - Operations
Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) College Degree in secretarial or office automation or equivalent work experience preferred Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant position Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Dynamism, rigor and ability to work independently Great sense of organization Good management of priorities and respect of deadlines Ability to communicate easily and effectively Force of proposals and improvements Know how to keep a certain professional discretion and keep confidential information Resistance to stress and time constraints Physical Demands: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear.  Employee is required to be on-site to assist in day to day operations and perform daily duties. What will your typical day look like? The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.  Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise. What about the physical demands of the job?   Primarily sitting at a desk up to 8 hours a day. Standing, bending, twisting may be required  Ability to lift 40lbs.  Wearing PPE including but not limited to hearing protection, hard hat, bump cap cut resistant gloves at various times based on current project. Safety glasses & steel/composite toe shoes are required for entirety of shift. Must successfully pass initial and random drug screenings. May require step stools or ladders.     You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.   Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is $24-$28 per hour.  The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
