About the position As our Executive Team Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team of three assistants and report to the Head of CEO Office. Your primary focus will be to support the Executive Committee members based in Sweden, while also contributing to the wider Executive Team when needed. As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and company events, while supporting key projects and board activities. This is a highly visible role with broad exposure across the organization and extensive stakeholder interaction. Main areas and responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense administration. Maintain a regular onsite presence in our Stockholm office to provide hands-on support to the Executive Team. Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including presentations, agendas, and reports. Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on key decisions and deliverables. Organize executive meetings, off-sites, company events, and other initiatives. Draft and coordinate correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support executive and cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution. Act as an ambassador, representing the interests of the Executive Team members and ensuring a positive image of Euroclear. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working. This position is based in Stockholm, and occasional travel may be required, primarily within the Nordics. What We Are Looking For Your qualifications: 5 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar position supporting C-level executives or senior management, ideally within a global organization. Experience from the financial services industry is considered an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are considered an asset. Your personal characteristics: Highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused. Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and integrity.
