Expansion Commercial Manager

We are looking for people with…   A minimum of 8+ years’ experience within commercial real estate, retail destinations, shopping centres, mixed-use assets, or related consumer-facing environments, with a strong track record of driving business performance and asset value.    Proven leadership experience in senior commercial, leasing, asset management, or general management roles, leading high-performing teams and collaborating across multiple functions and stakeholders.    Strong commercial acumen with experience developing and executing strategies that optimize revenue, customer relevance, profitability, and long-term growth.    Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, including investors, landlords, operators, retailers, partners, and market representatives.    Skilled in navigating complex, international environments, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, and making informed decisions in a fast-changing landscape.    A degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, combined with substantial relevant professional experience.  And people who are…   Strategic, structured and comfortable navigating ambiguity   Commercially minded, with a long-term portfolio perspective   Clear and confident communicators who build trust and alignment   Curious, collaborative and motivated by continuous improvement   WHO WE ARE    H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
