Experienced Business Receiver Lead

At WeQuel, we are now looking for an experienced Business Receiver Lead in Oskarshamn, where you will play a key part in the customer's SAP implementation at one of its production units, with a focus on ensuring that business requirements, operational needs and local readiness are fully represented and addressed throughout the transformation journey. As the key representative of the production unit, you will be the link between the project organization and the local business, ensuring successful collaboration, alignment and adoption of new processes and ways of working. This is a critical role and an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major business transformation and to shape how digital processes support future production operations. As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our clients, leading companies within industry and manufacturing, where you will help implement new technology, optimize processes and drive organizational readiness and successful adoption of SAP within a production environment. Your responsibilities: Representation of the production unit within the SAP implementation project Primary bridge between the project organization and local business stakeholders Securing business alignment throughout all project phases Support and facilitation of business-related decision-making Coordination and driving of local readiness activities Identification of risks, challenges and dependencies, and follow-up of mitigation actions Engagement with managers, process owners, key users and project stakeholders to secure commitment and adoption Support in planning, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live stabilization Ensuring business preparedness for new processes, systems and ways of working Driving change management and user readiness initiatives Monitoring and reporting of progress on business readiness and adoption You will work in a dynamic environment with extensive interaction with both business and project stakeholders, driving your work forward independently while collaborating across functions and organizational levels. Requirements: Experience from production, manufacturing, operations, business development or project environments Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in industrial organizations Experience leading or supporting business transformation initiatives Experience supporting organizational change and process adoption Fluent English, spoken and written; Swedish is a plus Experience from SAP implementations or other ERP transformation projects is an advantage Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable activities Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Structured and organized way of working Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities Ability to drive alignment across functions and organizational levels Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset Assignment details Start date: 2026-10-01 End date: 2027-09-30 (duration 1 year) Workload: 100% Location: Oskarshamn, onsite 4 days per week (80% onsite / 20% remote) Interview format: Online Maximum notice period: 1 month We offer At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is created through engagement, collaboration and development.
