Experienced Case Advisor-HR

We at WeQuel are now looking for an experienced Case Advisor in Södertälje. You will support managers and HR in complex individual employee cases where a career transition may be required, either internally within the organisation or externally. You will be part of a newly established career change function and help develop and pilot it. The aim is to handle transition cases earlier and in a more tailored way, shorten lead times, strengthen internal mobility and reduce the workload for managers and local HR. As a consultant with us, you get the opportunity to work with one of our clients, a leading company within the automotive and heavy vehicle industry. There you will combine structured case assessments with manager advisory, preparation of employee dialogues and coordination of relevant support. Your tasks: Advisory support to managers and HR in complex individual employee transition cases Assessment of individual cases: identifying competence gaps, development needs and potential internal or external career pathways Supporting managers in preparing structured and transparent employee dialogues Developing individual transition plans, including actions, responsibilities, timelines and follow-up activities Coordinating stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Labour Relations, Redeployment, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, TRR and external partners Exploring transition alternatives such as internal mobility, reskilling, upskilling, redeployment, study leave, voluntary solutions and external career transition Monitoring case progress together with managers and HR to ensure clarity, ownership and timely follow-up Contributing to improved methods, templates, processes and ways of working You provide advice, structure and coordination. Formal business, people and labour law decisions remain with the line organisation, supported by HR and Labour Relations. Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant work experience Knowledge of HR processes and employee-related case handling Understanding of competence gaps, role mismatches and individual transition needs Good understanding of internal mobility, redeployment and employee development options Ability to assess complex individual cases and develop structured recommendations and transition plans Strong advisory capabilities towards managers and HR Fluent in Swedish and English High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills Meritorious: Relevant education within HR, labour law or a similar area Experience working with SuccessFactors Experience working with TRR and/or TSL Previous HR experience from a large industrial company Assignment details: Start: 2026-11-09 – End: 2027-05-31 Workload: 100% Remote: Mainly on-site, with some flexibility for remote work Location: Södertälje We offer: At WeQuel, you become part of a consultant team that values people first – we believe that success is created through commitment, collaboration and development.
