You thrive in an international environment, have broad experience, are eager to learn, and work well in teams.  Key qualifications include:  Experience in large-scale SAP transformation and implementation projects, while ndustry knowledge and subject matter expertise are valued.  Further qualifications: Completed master’s or bachelor’s degree.  3+ years of SAP experience across various functional areas  3+ years as a Project Manager  Experience in a consulting environment and with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile  Hands-on experience with SAP modules; S/4HANA experience is a plus  Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading teams in projects and organizations  Proven ability to manage client interactions, primarily in client-facing roles  Understanding of end-to-end business processes, best practices, and industry trends  Core consulting skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem-solving, coordination)  Familiarity with project lifecycle phases (prepare, explore, realize, deploy)  Experience as a Solution Architect, Project Manager, Functional/Process Consultant, Business Process Expert, Product Owner or similar  Strong business expertise, problem-solving, and analytical skills  Proficiency in English and Swedish (oral and written)  Willingness to travel  Deloitte is a leading global provider of audit and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax, and related services.
