The selected candidate will take ownership of critical development programs involving next-generation ASIC components and system platforms. The role requires the ability to coordinate internal engineering activities as well as manage external customer projects, ensuring successful execution against technical, business, and delivery objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional with a strong semiconductor background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international, and technically advanced environment. Key Responsibilities Drive and oversee ASIC development programs throughout the complete lifecycle, from early design activities to manufacturing, OSAT coordination, and system bring-up. Plan, coordinate, and manage customer-facing technical projects while supporting effective integration and maintaining clear communication with external stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional and international engineering teams to monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and support efficient project execution. Coordinate discussions between engineering teams, management, customers, and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project priorities and deliverables. Monitor project milestones, dependencies, schedules, and technical challenges, taking proactive action to keep programs on track. Support the successful delivery of internal technology development initiatives as well as commercially driven customer projects. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management within the technology sector. Strong practical understanding of the semiconductor industry and ASIC development lifecycle. Experience managing complex technical development projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of the complete ASIC flow, including design, development, manufacturing, OSAT preparation, and system bring-up. Experience handling customer-facing projects and technical discussions with external partners. Strong ability to manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, technical risks, and deliverables. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify and coordinate complex technical discussions. Practical industry experience and execution capabilities are highly valued; formal project management certification is not mandatory. Why Join?
