🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for🔹 Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM) 🔹 Start date: as soon as possible Possible locations: Preferred 3 days per week at Gdańsk office, but remote work can be accepted Description : We are looking for an Expert Application Security Specialist to join an ongoing project focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM). Project activities are starting now and are part of a larger IAM program. The role requires a profile who has substantial experience in managing Access groups, User accounts and Service accounts in the IAM system SailPoint IIQ. In this role, you will be key in the onboarding and clean up of access groups by collaborating with stakeholders from both Business and IT to ensure onboarding to SailPoint IIQ. You will become part of an already existing project team, currently focusing on engaging with stakeholders. It is key that you have a collaborative mindset, an understanding of both Business applications, IT processes and IAM. You have also worked with IAM from Sailpoint IIQ. Moreover, you are able to support and challenge stakeholders at the same time, by leveraging your extensive experience with application management and/or development and IAM. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to quickly understand the context in which the different stakeholders work, while aligning it with the required project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: • Access review and analysis of application security and user access management • Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions. • Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements. Stakeholder coordination Analysis of application security and user access management: • Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogues with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information needed for appropriate actions. • Act as a trusted point of contact. • Engage with RACF/IAM subject matter experts, and formulate suggestions for actions and mitigations. • Facilitate the onboarding to SailPoint IIQ or cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts. Project Support & Change Management: • Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities. • Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes. • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. Must-have knowledge and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User admin in SailPoint IIQ. • Good understanding of applications and Identity access management. • Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
