Extended Warehouse Management- SAP EWM Specialist (Robotics)

SAP EWM Specialist We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Specialist to join a project within a large industrial organization in Västerås. This is a key role in the early implementation phase of SAP EWM, where you will act as the internal EWM expert and support the organization in defining requirements, validating the solution, and establishing the right approach for implementation and rollout. The profile we are looking for We are looking for a senior, hands-on SAP EWM specialist with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You should have strong competence in: SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and related warehouse processes Supporting EWM projects during early phases, scoping and requirements definition Defining appropriate implementation and rollout strategies Reviewing and validating EWM solutions delivered by external suppliers Warehouse operations, including inventory management, control cycles and related processes Translating operational warehouse requirements into appropriate SAP EWM functionality Guiding and supporting other SAP specialists and business stakeholders You will act as the organization's Subject Matter Expert for EWM and be part of a small team of SAP logistics specialists. An important part of the assignment will also be to transfer EWM knowledge and train both team members and the wider organization. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP EWM Specialist In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM and warehouse management processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Experience from manufacturing/industrial warehouse environments is highly desirable Experience with other SAP modules, particularly MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning), is an advantage Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English Location Västerås, Sweden – 100% on-site In short We are looking for a senior SAP EWM expert, rather than a general SAP consultant. The strongest candidate will have hands-on EWM implementation experience, understand real-world warehouse operations, and be comfortable taking an expert role during the early stages of an EWM rollout. Working command of the English language The terms and conditions for the assignment will be based on Ework’s framework agreement with the client.
