responsibilities: Install ELPRO hardware on-site at customer location and perform qualification. Install ELPRO software at customer location and perform qualification. Perform annual calibration of ELPRO equipment using specialized calibration tools. Perform initial walk-through at customer site for proper job organization. Generate calibration certificates. Answer technical questions for customers, provide training on or off site. Communicate issues and questions regarding the job with appropriate manager or project manager so that the project can be completed on-site and within budget. Assist customer with set-up of software system parameters such as alarms. Reports opinions/interpretations of results. Investigates and resolves customer technical questions on-site, via phone and web-based. Develops and maintains relationships with various contacts within customer organizations. Communicates technical activities of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Follows standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation Arranges travel within guidelins, estimated travel within the US or International location to customer sites, estimated 75% or as assigned.
